Raj Naidu is the CEO and Principal Engineer of Naidu Engineering LLC. Raj is a multi-faceted professional civil engineer with extensive experience spanning over 25 years in small municipal infrastructure projects to multiple mega projects (each> 1 billion USD) involving various cross-functional business units, multi-discipline & multi-company project teams to successfully plan, design, develop, and deliver interstate highways, airports, residential subdivision, commercial and heavy industrial manufacturing complexes, process plants & warehouse structures, and hydraulic conveyance systems for various projects located in the states of Florida, Virginia, Maryland, Idaho, Oregon, Colorado, California, and Washington state (2001 to present). Also, several construction engineering and management projects in India, UAE-Dubai, and Republic of Malawi (1994 to 2001).

Raj was instrumental in organizational growth of several multinational corporations through business processes development, marketing, client relationship management, and project pursuit management. Apart from technical and general management duties, Raj also oversaw project controls including earned value management for the contracts owned by respective business units.
